HELP my finger hurts so desperate PLEASE HELP!!?
Yesterday I cut a hot pepper for salsa for my husband (YAY I now know to wear gloves) but I dont remember my finger hurting this bad yesterday. I did receive the oil on my lips from touching them and intake something after cutting it and not washing my hand. But now Im sitting her and my index finger is throbbing it feels close to it is on fire and swelling at the same time. I cut the pepper finishing night at liek 7pm its now 1130 am and I am within so much discomfort Could the pepper be the reason that my hand is burning so doomed to failure?? I tried ice and that did not work and I tried ointment and a decoration aid and nearly was on the floor from the pain (it flared up so unpromising after that) Any help please. I am 24 weeks pregnant so meds to take oral is out of the cross-question.
Answer: yes, it is because of the pepper. it happened to my sister 3 days ago.
wash your finger next to soap and apply lotion. it will make it feel rather better,
Usually this pain goes away by itself. Not to long. couple hours the most.
