Help? My mom hurt her knees, what is wrong??

Okay well she went on a bearing last weekend and her knee started to hurt a couple days after, which she isn't overweight or anything, so i don't know if the step had anything to do with it, but the inside of her knees has a sharp pain when sh steps down and her muscles lock and hurt really fruitless. What's wrong with her and what should we do??

Answer:    go see a Dr. to return with an x-ray, maybe she twisted it, or pulled a muscle, tendon, ligament, or sprained it. Or even tore a meniscus, acl, lcl.

Has she tried to rime it down,or used ibuprofen? .
Lil everybody telling ya go to the doctor..ok

capably personally iam apharmacist ok i say that may be she isn'tused to enjoy walks so she felt twinge , u know sometimes when we don't do exercises for long time then do it hurts us cuz our body isn't used to such action...

so i suggest that she whip a muscle relaxant if she didn't feel any better make urine analysis it may be some salt like oxalates or uric acids they hurt th joins...

save u can council the doctor...

good luck:P.
Bring her to the hospital.
Sounds kind of discouraging.
If you dont have a ride there, ask a neighbour.
Or a kinfolk member in town.

.
I don't know how 0ld your mom is.and i won't ask..but it could be a muscle in her knee explicitly what's causing it..go consult a DR right away elevate it and rime it and then consult a doctor..
You have to ask for your mother? I am sure depending on her distress your mother would know what to do. go to a doctor and check it out. It could be something with the pooled, like arthritis.
