Help next to stomach twinge?
my brother's having a stomach ache that make him wanna vomit. help for first aid please. it's 2 in the morning and we can't run to the hospital that in a hurry. serious and fast answer please
Answer: Alot depends on where his discomfort is. If he has severe pain contained by the lower right of his stomach almost to his groin then he may have appendix problem. Does he own a fever? If he has indigestion and is prehistoric enough then the malox should assist.. Check the directions on the packaging. How long ago did he eat and what? He might only just have a 24 hour flu bug... Give him lots of liquids. No pop unless it ginger ale.. Tea is you best bet if you can achieve him to drink it. If he starts vomiting and can't stop then you will have to be in motion to the hospital...

He ate something bad and his body is trying to get rid of it. Sounds close to he has food poisoning. You usually have to permit it run it's course. He may be throwing up all night. When he is up to drinking -- I don`t know just tea to help settle his stomach. If he get really bad you can take him to the hospital.
