Help beside Fibromyalgia?
Can anyone offer any remedies for fibromyalgia? I am in extreme aching. It is difficult to sleep properly. Please help!

You should probably see your doctor. I see a rheumatologist for my fibromyalgia. I enjoy had it for over 30 years. For a while I was on Methadone for it until I completed an intensive chronic cramp program that helped me get stronger next to pool exercises.I am currently on Zanaflex (muscle relaxant), Lyrica, Cymbalta and 15mg Remeron for sleep. I also get physical therapy on my décolletage and shoulders 2-3 times a year. I wear a sleep collar at night if my neck is really doomed to failure otherwise I sleep on a neck pillow. I use ice or steam, depending on where the pain is. I also hold knee braces, wrist braces, elbow splints and a back brace for when those areas stroke up.
If you are able to take them, an anti-inflammatory approaching Advil or Ibuprofen can help too. I can't take them as I don't own a stomach, so I have a anti-inflammatory patch called Flector that won't endow with me ulcers in my small intestine.
