Help please!? i almost can do splits lately started erudition 1 hour ago im almost near however im really sore?

slowly i started proceeding more on streching by going a little farther down so it would hurt and sit their until it stopped hurting , then i moved on! i be so close but my legs locked and hurt so i moved and stopped. will i b really sore tomorrow if so how sore?

yeah, probably really sore. you wont want to walk, but if you can move everything right now, you might be OK tomorrow. it will simply hurt alot. take a regular dose of Advil, or Tylenol right when you wake up tomorrow, and from presently on, DONT FORCE YOURSELF!! your body was not meant to be bent within that manner.

sit in front of the television for a partly hour every day while doing the splits (dont move, just sit in that on the floor, not the couch, and not a chair). you want to feel LIGHT pulling in your thighs (you are doing it right this way). inwardly a month you will have your splits, maybe smaller amount now that you say you're close. if you get the impression uncomfortable, and your legs start to hurt, like you're stretching too tricky, then that means you enjoy been stretching too hard adjectives along. LOOSEN UP!!
again, all you want is JUST A LITTLE PULLING. you want to barely be capable of feel the pull, and you want to be capable of sit still in that position for a half an hour. if your inner thighs are pulled enormously tight, YOU KNOW YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!!
resting in that position, every day you will become aware of a slight change in how close you are to your splits. if you aren't the type to see small change, have a parent take a photo of you 1 of the days you are within your splits, and then have another photo of you taken 7 days subsequent in your splits. you will be suprised at the difference. and its not even painfull (as long as you do it right!) the worst feeling you will own, is for the first 10 minutes, after you are done with your splits, your legs will feel resembling rubber bands, all streched out. but it doesnt really hurt, and it doesnt really have a feeling sore. just a little tired.

you might own severely sprained your muscles today, doing what you did. you will not know until tomorrow. but if you fall down when you try to walk, you'll know. it hurts that discouraging.

try not to abuse your body! after all, you with the sole purpose have one body. no do-overs here. splits are not that important! and ANYONE (with a everyday pair of legs) CAN GET THEM WITH TIME!!

yes, you'll be really sore tomorrow and probably for a few days. wait for the soreness to shift away before you work at it again and then I would suggest stretching yourself every other year to start. if you rush it, you'll hurt youself

you'll probably be sore, but it will just be sore for a while. Also make sure you don't over stretch you don't want to verbs, or tear any ligaments. It took me awhile to get a perfect split.

Don't overdo it, doing the splits takes time!
