I'm 18 and so worried!! I'm on the contraceptive pill and have been for nearly 6 months now, the problem is last month a week back i was due on i started getting pains that felt approaching ovulation pains especially in my left side, which undoubtedly can't happen because i'm not suppose to be ovulating! but then after my time of year it just disapeared :S but again this month it's happened again! but this time it's be alot worser, it started off as ovulation pain after went into a full abdominal pain which be horrible! it's even hurting my lower back now! but it's not as fruitless now but i'm still getting pains in my departed side (and back) where my ovary may be, the pain spreads further down and even go into my leg! what on earth could this be ? could it be cancer ? but arn't i too young to achieve that and considering i'm on the pill that should reduce it ? what about a cyst ? or something else ?

For God's sake, go to the doctor! There is nothing definitive anyone here can transmit you because we can't possibly know. If you are grown up enough to be on the pill, you are grown up enough to fashion yourself an appointment. Who knows, it might not be anything serious, but what if it is? Your doc is the ONLY one who can diagnose you.

you sound similar to you have ovarian cysts they come and go.
they hurt until you start your time of year.
they comeback right before your nest cycle they are cysts.
they are on your ovaries
