Help tranquillizing soreness?

I am on my high school drill squad and we have been practicing for almost a week immediately. Since it is summer and most of us girls haven't been dancing for a while, we hold gotten really sore. Especially me. I have never been this sore contained by my life. I can barley get up and way of walking it hurts so bad. I am afraid that I won't be able to even hop.

Do you have any ideas to win rid of or calm the soreness? Anything would help purely to relax my body because everyday, it just feels approaching it is spreading all over. Thank you so much.

Answer:    Make sure you're drinking lots of water. To assistance with soreness a hot shower or a soak in a hot hip bath or hot tub/Jacuzzi will help. Also, take an Ibuprofen (Advil or Motrin). Taking an Ibuprofen almost an hour before you practice will help hold body aches at bay..
