HEY whats going on here!! Help!?

Ok i went for a little bit of a ramble, well not exactly a hike tramp but a good treck upwards

On the way wager on down, my legs felt really shaky, and i know thats normal, but everytime i put pressure or tried to meander on my right leg, the knee went into seriously impossible muscle spasms, like a violent fluttering, and as a result it took me another partially an hour to get down because i couldnt walk on that leg, because i would lose my balce and footing because of the shaking

And today, that leg is really musclury sore, im pretty sure thats the lactic tart though

But before the climb, my leg always madly fluttered, when im just sitting down, and i was worryed in the order of it,but the climb just made me wake up a bit more

So whats going on?

Please dont let somebody know me to go to a doctor, i am about to step on a exercise regime to build mucle in the leg to see if that helps, so i freshly need imput and suggestions
