Hip Pain contained by right leg?

For awhile now Ive been having a aching in my right hip. It hurts when I lay on it for too long in a bed or after several minutes of laying on the couch or floor. It feel like a popping and a weight is put on it when I roll from side to side. The pain is on the side of my thigh as economically as the Hip. Ive never had any injuries with that section of my leg, Ive torn the tendons within my calf before but I dont think that would be affecting my leg so far up.
Answers:    It is your back. one or more of your L vertebrae. The T are contained by the middle and cause pain around your ribs and the C's are in your collar and cause pain in your arms. Lower put money on " the L's" cause pain in your hips and legs. See a chiropractor. Good luck. I own the same pain but no insurance to fix it. Hope you can. Source(s): experience
