Hit rear of nouns on seesaw?

I know this will sound insanely stupid, and if you guys tell me to not do stupid things: I don't want to hear it. I'm already within enough pain.
So I be with my friends at my school's playground. You know seesaws? I laid down on one of them, and it tilted over to the other side due to the solidity distribution. I hit the back of my neck super frozen on where you put your hands to hold on. From the impact, I fell rotten and hit the back on my neck on the corner of the seesaw.
Now, I can't even move my collar without it hurting insanely.
It really hurts, and there is no really apparent bruises or anything. Can someone please help me out? I have rime on it right now though.
Answer:

Is it run of the mill to own a bruise on my ankle after acl surgery?

You really should have gone to the ER and gotten x-rays taken, you could hold fractured your neck or done any number of things and your neck is zilch to play around with. If I were you, I'd travel to the ER and have it checke out, better safe than sorry.

I get hit surrounded by the knees and presently it is stunted?

It sounds similar to you need to go to the doctor. If you hit it strong enough you could have really hurt yourself. Either hang on to taking something like extra strength tylonol every two hours and wait until tomorrow to see a regular doctor or if it hurts to a point where on earth it is unbareable go to the emergency room.

Hope it gets better.

My wounds not therapeutic? :(?

Relax and put a pillow losing it. Using ice is good, too.

If it hurts so doomed to failure you can't even move it a little without human being in awful, insane, agonizing pain, walk to a doctor.

And take some painkillers.

I'm sorry you're hurting. I hope you heal soon.
