Answer: Caduceus
The caduceus (/k'dusis/, -s, -'dju-; κηρκειον surrounded by Greek) or wand of Hermes is typically depicted as a short herald's staff entwined by two serpents in the form of a double helix, and sometimes surmounted by wings. In subsequently Antiquity the caduceus may have provided the basis for the astrological symbol representing the planet Mercury and surrounded by Roman iconography was often depicted self carried in the left appendage of the Greek god Hermes, the messenger of the gods, guide of the dead and protector of merchants, gamblers, liars and thieve.
Ironically, the caduceus has come to be used as a symbol for medicine, especially contained by North America, through confusion with the traditional medical symbol, the rod of Asclepius, which has singular a single snake and no wings.
It is called a Caduceus check out the links below for information. Very popular statue for the medical industry. im not sure if this is the answer your looking for but i think that the icon representing condition care is a sword with two snakes wrapped around it next to wings on the top.
