How can I take to sleep

I have had a really easier said than done time getting to sleep recently and I don't know why. My legs are always too hot or too cold and it take me hours after going to bed to get to sleep. After getting to sleep I have copious dreams and wake up frequently during the night. I am other so tired...I really just want a good hours of darkness of sleep. Anyone know any tricks? I meditate to calm my mind some times (I have ADHD so this helps) but I still can't sleep.

Answer:    I enjoy a sleep disorder, and this is what i've been told by doctors.
First, only use your bed for SLEEPING. This resources no lying in bed watching TV or movies. Sex is ok in bed unsurprisingly, but nothing but sex and sleep...no eating, no homework, no nil.
Second, start a tradition before you go to bed. For example, if you really wallow in pajamas, about 10 minutes before going to bed put on pajamas and your body will start to cram that the feel of pajamas means that it's time for bed.
Also don't try to do anything that take a lot of mental or physical power before sleep. Do a snake down activity. For example, don't try doing your homework then turn to bed, or watch wrestling then jump to bed. Do something overly relaxing and then get some rest.
When you try adjectives of this, you need to stay in bed for a MAXIMUM of 40 min if you can't seize to sleep. Don't lay in bed for hours, you get 40 min to try to brand it work, if you can't make it work, get up do something!

Good luck
.
I've tried this a few times and it help:

Step 1: Have a big meal before you dance to bed. Make sure you also have some sugar with the collation. Immediatley after, you should brush your teeth and take a shower and get in place for bed.

Step 2: Watch a little TV or read a book in bed.

Step 3: When you start emotion tired, close your eyes and you'll soon be falling a sleep.

If this doesn't work, maybe you should talk to your doctor. He/She might put you on a sleep medication (ex. Abien, Lunesta, etc.).

And the piece with your legs might me something called RLS or Restless Leg Syndrome. There are medication for that also.

Good Luck and Good Night!.

Hey,

Before i answer your question i just want to put a message out to childish adults who are taking sleeping pills without there doctor perscribing it: Its harmful okay, If your doctor hasnt suggested it...Dont do it...I get so many teenagers come surrounded by to the hospital everyday because they have OD'D on sleeping pills.Just ask your doctor what they think first beforehand taking any pills...

I think the reason you carnt sleep is because your thinking around something way 2 hard.try and not devour any sugar or drink cola before bed...you might wanna take a trip 2 see your gp...he/she might beable to prescribe something 4 you.
i can relate to you on this... im the exact same!...it usually lately sticks with me for a couple of days at a time...and i no exactly why.im thinking too much about sleeping...similar to think of it, if your laying contained by your bed overthinking getting to sleep no wayy are u ever going to!!..
what helps me is to turn on the tv in my room and facade the other wall and just listen to it..it soothes me to sleep..(of course i put a sleep-timer on it).. hope you get a perfect nights sleep =D Hi there,

Just relax. I used to have indistinguishable thing, but what I did was I would in recent times think about things that are going on and don't devise that much about going to sleep and that will do the trick. Good luck! Perhaps you could try warm milk, melatonin, valerian, 5-HTP and other colloquial remedies that you can find in a web look into for "natural sleep remedies"..
I have found that working out really make me sleep much better. You can also try some Tylenol PM. If they do not work, consult your doctor. DRINK HOT MILK!.
