How can I backing my sore body?
I came back from football practice, and I haven't exercises contained by a long time. My arms and legs are extremely sore, especially my right ankle. How can I help this?
Answer: eat lots of carbs and proteins, drink dampen constantly (about a full bottle every 40 min), and get plenty of sleep. make sure you stretch after practices. if it is tender take ibuprofen.
