If we keep doing it, practice makes supreme, we can continue for life. However I be asked by a PT to stand on one leg on a foam mat and said 'No problem, used to do this at school in Gym Class!' twenty atypical years later, forget it, I got such a shock that I could not stand on one leg on a foam mat! Reason anyone that once I left school, have other things on my mind, like men and careers, unquestionably not standing on one leg on a mat! I can almost lick my elbow about one inch away, but as a teenager I could do it. Best of Lucklol its liberal of a natural ability. most ancestors cant do it.
