How can i muddle through to stay awake?

doesn't seem to matter what time of time or how much coffee i drink i keep falling asleep. I'm not talking narcolepsy height, i mean i can drive ok but making it through a while day lacking a couple of naps is impossible. This morning i got up at 1amish and by 11 i be asleep again. it's now 3pm and i can't keep my eyes amenable.

The ONLY time i have trouble sleeping is at bedtime but most nights i still hack it to get 9-10 hours and i'm still exhausted.

Question...do you snore? I do, and I sometimes have duplicate problem. It's sleep apnea, which makes you SO tired, because you don't get a nouns sleep, and you quit breathing while you sleep. Go see your doctor and see if they have suggestions...I'm planning to do the same point!
