How can I determine my torment tolerance?
Without doing something that will harm my body?
I really have no clue what my distress tolerance is really. . . like what other people would consider big.
Any ideas?
Answer: fall down the stairs, its the lone way, i found out that i have a greatly high pain tolerance,from that as i be able to get up and verbs eating my Frosties although there wasn't abundant left, that made me sad,.
Punch yourself within the face, run into a wall, or kick a brick barefoot down the street- did it hurt? How desperate? There is your pain tolerance, genius!
PS. you won't wound your body- or at least it will heal relatively summarily using the above mentioned methods. I don't think there is a agency, but I am not a doctor. You should see a doctor. The only way you could must probable do it at home was harming yourself and seeing how fruitless it hurt; not a good idea. Doctor would be the best personality to ask, but again, I'm not sure if there is a way.
