I usually get really tired and sometimes fall asleep at roughly speaking 5 or 5:30. I'm really sluggish for about an hour but then start to get up up again. Is there any way I can hang on to from having to take a sleep at that time so I can just keep going until I own to go to bed that night? gratitude!
