How can I receive to sleep?
When I go to bed, I lay there and I can't nose-dive asleep. Are there any tricks I can use to get to sleep and stay asleep.
Answer: Try drinking heat up milk before you go to bed.
Get your comfiest blankets.
Make sure you are not too hot or too cold surrounded by your bed.
Make your room very dark.
Put on some relaxing music on low volume if you enjoy any.
If you still can't fall asleep, do some jumping jacks to tire yourself out..
I too sometimes own this problem some tricks that help me are:

view tv before you go to bed
don't do anything bar sleep in your bed because then your body is used to anyone awake

Get more exercise. You cannot sleep if your body isn't tired. Also, avoid caffeine after 2 pm. Make sure your bedroom is dark, cool and quite.
