How can I turn to sleep in need using sleep aids?
For the last year, I have used Tylenol PM and Nyquil to aid me go to sleep and I am trying to refrain from using sleep aids to step to sleep now. The only problem is that my body is have a hard time getting back to sleep lacking using some sleep aid. I know that it is not healthy to abuse the over-the-counter products but I of late simply do not know how to train my body to go to sleep naturally very soon. Does anyone here have advice to bequeath regarding this? Thank you!

There are two ways I would attack this.
The first would be to find something boring to try to read and bore myself to sleep.
If that doesn't work, try reading a good story or original. Try making it a favorite of yours. Even if you have read it already. Reading that for a while might just put you to sleep. If not, try thinking more or less about what you read after you turn out the light and close your eyes. Try to drift yourself into the story and envisage becoming your favorite character and relax. Maybe you will fall asleep as you relax and predict what changes you would make within your story or novel.
