Answers:    Pop and crack at 14 is normal, you are still growing. Your Dad and Grandparents probably have OA, wear and break. However if your joints get red hot, swell and are painful, next you need to see a Doctor as that is one sign of Rheumatoid Arthritis. Best of Luck

Why do I sweat within my bed..

The arthritis your dad and grandad suffer from is probably osteoarthritis and is caused by wear and cleave on the joints which is unlikely to be the problem in your case. There is another type of arthritis call rheumatoid arthritis and is more likely to be what you have if you do have the disease the one and only way you can know for sure is for your parents to take you to a doctors who can check you out and make a proper diagnosis. If you do own arthritis it is better to find out as soon as possible so treatment can start and hopefully prevent to much damage to the joints. Source(s): Retired nurse/ Osteoarthrtis suffer.

Should i see a doctor for this?

I have RA and you want to be see as soon as possible so there wont be any joint damage. Tell your parents so they can run you to the doctors so you can start treatment. It wont be easy, but its better not to suffer.

Right palm cold the moved out palm..
