How can I make well my sore thighs for cheer tryouts?
So 5 days ago we had our first cheerleading practice and then we skipped friday and the weekend and in a minute it's monday. But anyways, on thursday we ran a lot and did a bunch of workouts and my thighs are really sore and nil seems to be helping. I have be running prior to this and working out, but nothing this intense. I've taking advil and tylenol and plenty of hot baths. I've also stretched them out. I don't want my jumps to suck and I definately want to be capable of do the best that I can. Anyway to make them feel a moment or two better or do I just wait it out and business deal with the pain?

Try a heat pad. Here is a link that may be of interest to youhttp://health.discovery.com/centers/alth...
Sports creams support and also Icy Hot. Yep, the old heating wad may help some. Make sure the "pain" is from soreness and not something else, pulled muscle , tendon or ligament problems.
Check near the school trainer and if nothing change, your family doctor.
