How can I procure a doctor's write down when I cannot discharge to see the Doctor because I am broke?
I have been particularly sick for the past three (3) days and I am broke. My Supervisor called to check up on me and also to inform me that within order for her to let me final to work I need a Doctor's note, she pointed out to be precise the company's policy (now that I just found out) and which I understand. I don't even hold the money to go to the Doctor in instruct to get a diagnosis on why I am so sick. I barely form ends meet with this undertaking and if I were to get the insurance where on earth I work, I would need to get a second charge to pay for the insurance, the Doctor visits, and meds. Any suggestions please.
Answer: You could work out a grant plan at the doctor's office. If you explain your economic hardship, they may be more than willing to accommodate you. Most of the time, they want you to pay up front, but explain your situation (call first).
Or, if you own any disposable income at the end of the month, save it, and invest surrounded by an insurance plan (like Humana One, designed for individuals).
Or, you could get a new commission, that pays better and offers benefits (I would do this as soon as you get vertebrae to work, look for another job). Either that or ask for a raise..
You don't need money to move about to the Doctor. Go to your local emergency room and inform them you are very ill but you don't own insurance. They can not turn you away. More than likely they will assist you in applying for insurance. You may own to pay a co-payment on prescriptions though. You need to see a doctor asap. Not with the sole purpose for the doctor's note, but for your health. Is near a public health unit you can stir to? A charity hospital in your area?
In some cases, work out a stipend plan with the medical facility (hospital, doctor's office, etc)..
um forge the signature You own three options:
a) go to a free clinic. do a google go through for one. free clinics are everywhere and are specifically set up for people in your situation.
b) turn to the emergency room. the hospital must help you immediately (they don't inevitability the money upfront), and they will bill you later (so you have some time to put aside the money). you don't have to agree to any tests if you want to save the cost down, just get the record.
c) call a doctor if you know one (maybe one you went to when you be younger?) and explain the situation. s/he may be able to fax a note to your work.
pious luck! feel better!
