How can I stop individual so slow-moving?
I could literally sleep for 23 hours of the day, but when I'm awake I just can't be bothered to do anything - I carry days like that & days when things are ok...I don't want to be lethargic & good-for-nothing but I can't be bothered to do anything today & can't get started!

go and see your GP, you may be anaemic or stipulation to take some vitamin supplements or maybe even a thyriod problem. cause an appointment and ask for some blood tests!Change your diet to a more healthy one.
break up adjectives the jobs you've to do into individual tasks, when one is complete, give yourself a reward, approaching 15 mins on computer or something.
