How can i travel to sleep faster.?
i go to bed and close my eyes but i cant sleep.
should i try nyquil
i usually go to be at 6am or i dont stir to bed at all.
i am 12 years old and necessitate help on actully going to sleep

To smoothly resolve this, do not eat any food or do anything with electronics an hour since you sleep. Make a routine which requires taking a book to bed to tire you mentally. Perhaps use some eucalyptus oil to relax you. Rub your thumb slowly, and calmly.
