How can I treat my own stab would?
I fell in my kitchen and a knife get stuck in my arm on the top by my shoulder if I go to the hospital near going to call the cops. Its not bleeding that much and it just hit muscle. How can I treat it I poured some vodka on it So what can I use to stitch it up.

It's unfair for hospitals to call the police to report patients for illegal comings and goings (unless it's child abuse). Otherwise, it would discourage people from seeking medical treatment. Put gauze or a towel over the wound, and wrap it up with an ACE heating pad, or something that applies pressure. Get to the nearest Emergency Room as soon as you can! Infection can easily set in and spread to the blood stream for wide wounds like that. how ever this happened you necessitate urgent medical attention. - forget the fuzz!
if you have hit a muscle you could reck ya shoulder, how do you know what you hit and what you didnt - blade injuries are very misleading.
the smallest of blades will waste you - not to mention the infections you can get - at the very smallest you need antibiotics to keep surrounded by free from infections!
and how do you think you can stiches it with one paw!!
bite the bullet and just go to the hospital you dont hold to say how you did it! .
if you're going to act macho, it's gone down. why should you be scared of the cops? they just want to bring in sure you weren't attacked in any way. merely tell them it was an stroke of luck and get some proffesional medical assistance. vodka doesnt help. it freshly makes it painful. You involve to go to the hospital.

Well I find it suspicious that you are afraid of seeing the po po ... especially since you claim this be a kitchen accident.
You need to budge to an ER like it or not. I won't get into the gross details of what WILL occur to you if you don't get the proper treatment.

I know this isn't the answer you want but you obligation to go to the hospital and get someone to stitch it up for you. it isn't secure to stitch it up yourself. Needle and thread?
Try drinking the vodka too, it will help the pain.

Do you own any Super Glue in the house? Hospitals use super glue to close the skin of minor injuries. Just don't epoxy resin your fingers to your arm.
By the way. That story of falling in the kitchen is lame. If you get to the hospital, it is best to say nothing or own a better story. :-).
Clean the wound with alcohol (isopropol from the drug store).
Hold it together as best you can.
If you have nought else, dental floss will work as stitches.
Thread the needle & start stitching.
