How can one tell if their body needs sleep besides being sleepy/body feeling weak.



Answer:    if you experience the following symptoms:

♣very much irritated
♣slow mental catch up
♣too much eye bags
♣lack of food appetite

The answer is none. We always need to get a good-night sleep.

We are advised to sleep in the average at least 7hours a day. It's even recommended to take power nap during lunch break. Sleeping is a very integral part of our learning process specially for our long-term memory..
I get headaches if I do not get enough sleep. I also yawn a lot.
