How can u stir up and stay awake contained by the morning?
i cant stay up half the time so how can i stay up?
Answers: I have a hammer sitting subsequent to my bad.
First I yell "WAKE UP DAMNIT!"
Then I grab the sledge hammer and whack my genitals with it exactly 4 times.

One of the best non-chemical ways I've found to help stay awake during the day is for a moment exercise. If you wake up and go on a short 15 minute jog or do some simple aerobics this will undo your circulatory system to get the blood flowing and the body started thus help you from feeling sluggish and tired during the year. You can also try taking small 1 to 5 minute exercise breaks during the day to help this as well. The logic is that if your heart is pumping a moment or two faster your body feels less tired and sleepy.Make it a habit, that when the alarm starts to run off just jump out of bed. I propose literally jump (well, get out fast at least), don't hit the snooze button, don't influence "5 more minutes!" don't do anything. Get up, turn your alarm off, get dressed and start going. It'll be hard to find used to but eventually your body will wake up and you'll at least have an easier time staying up.
If nil else, it keeps you from hitting the snooze button and going back to sleep.

your problem is sleeping late or sleeping within on week ends.. make a schedule and if u get up 5:00 am everyday u involve to be in bed by 9:00 pm. even if u cant sleep still stay in bed and read bible,, trust me you will fall sleep impressively quickly.. and on weekend set your alarm to 5:30 am.. so u can catch up on some sleep, your body will adapt surrounded by 3 to 4 weeks . also you need to make yourself tired enough to be in motion to sleep so do some activities , join a gym or jog or do push ups something.What do these shots perceive similar to?..
You can enjoy 3 separate alarm clocks. One near your bed, one near your bedroom door and another one outside your room? Then you immediately wipe up your face. Once I wash my face, I stir up right away. If warm water doesn't work, try cold. Then afterwards, do some stretches. Not only does it loosen your stiffness but it keep me awake.Yup. I do all of the above except for the 3 separate alarm clocks thing because I wake up by the whirr of my CD alarm clock. It's not that noisy either. I'm just a lantern sleeper- most of the time. XD

Or through out the day take nap (anywhere) fine a spot and take a nap. even if you have to jump into a public bathroom find a clean stall and take a 15 min nap. where on earth ever you can sleep without getting in trouble. It will help you .
Since this cross-question is in pain management im assuming you nick some kinda pills? So, that would be something to talk to your dr about. My mom has matching problem.. due to her health problems. I find if she's eating healthy she isn't resembling that though. Personally I don't take meds... And I drink alot of coffee...
