How can you make your self fall asleep fast? im trying to get enough sleep to wake up early tomorow.

benadryl, or melatonin. Melatonin is all natural, its what your brain produces right before bed. You can get it at any health food store. it works wonders and no side effects. milk and turkey are natural sedatives. turkey is better though. Also stretching regularly before bed can help you to relax more..
Try to get your brother to wake you up if you dont have 1. 1-make sure there is no noise 2-make sure ur not to fat (from eating-not a insult) thenthink about sumthing u like Drink some warm milk, take 3 deep breaths, hold them in for 5 seconds, then slowly release them.
If all else fails, masturbate (seriously, it works for me lol).

if you dont, then put the second pillow on your other ear hehe.
I listen to really soft music and make sure there's no light on in my room, so maybe try that? listen to relaxing music, turn off tv and lights. .
meditate lay flat on ur back and breathe in through ur nose out through ur mouth and think of nothing totally relax Drink a bit of alcohol
