How do I turn going on for getting form insurance for my nanny?
I just hired a full time, live-in nanny and want to provide. Medical, dental and prescription coverage., Does anyone know of an economical place to look? Any company suggestions?
Thanks so much!
Answer: Here are a couple different options for you. The first, and probably more difficult, is to install yourself as a corporation (LLC) with your nanny as an employee. Depending on the rules within your state, this may allow you to purchase a group health insurance plan to cover your nanny (and possibly yourself and your dependents).
The second option is to awaken your nanny to work through a licensed agent who represents multiple insurance companies in your area and find an individual plan that works for her wishes and your budget. Then after your nanny applies for coverage and is accepted you can cover the cost of the monthly health insurance premiums surrounded by the form of additional compensation.
The only oppose with the second option is that contained by most states a person with pre-existing medical conditions may be turned down for individual coverage. This is not the covering with an employer-based group health insurance plan.
In any case, you should work with a licensed agent to bring back an idea of what’s available in your nouns. You can also visit eHealthInsurance.com (where I work) to get free quotes online from a broad screening of companies, compare plans side by side, and apply online. We have licensed agents you can talk to for personal give support to, toll-free, at 1-8OO-977-8860.
Hope that helps!

You can look into a Blue Cross/ Blue Shield Health Savings Account. It has a lot of benefits (q-tips, asperin, crutches, etc). It will own a high deductible which you could help her fund but you will hold a wide range of coverage and a obedient plan.
Humana Health is another good one.
