How do I receive to sleep nearer?

I am out for the Summer right now but I go subsidise to school in 2 weeks and ever since I go to the beach, I have be going to bed at midnight or later and waking up at 11ish. Once arts school starts, I will have to start waking up at 5:30-6:00! HELP! I also can't stop playing on my computer so don't recount me to go into a dark room lacking sound and lights. Please help me!

I am 12 years mature by the way!

Answer:    Here is what worked for me. I went to bed at anything time I usually went. I set the alarm clock at an earlier time. I get up at that time. I only got approaching 2-4 hours of sleep. The next night, I be tired and I fell asleep at an early time..
Well you just own to do it slowly. I just graduated giant school and am going to have to do one and the same thing since I am going to college in a week and a partially. Try to go to bed a little sooner ever night. I always have to do that and honestly, it was just something I made myself do I mull over. Good luck! what you need to do now is attain back in to a set time dont be in motion to bed so late go too bed at 10 pm consequently you will wake up at 5 am and then your be primed for school you just stipulation to set a time back too the way it be an the only way is bed at 10 pm max
