You could enjoy bumped it or hit it on something that seemed insignificant at the time, or hit it on something in your sleep. I will share an experience I have, in the hopes of shedding some light on the subject.
Several years ago, I fell while rime skating. I threw out my hand to catch myself, and in a few minutes my wrist was hurting and my fingers were swelling, but not too much. After I go home, it kept hurting, but I could live with the pain, so I thought I be fine, maybe just bruised or something minor.
The subsequent day, the swelling was still near, as was the pain, so I go to the doc and had an x-ray, which showed that I was only just fine. The doc said it must be a sprain, so he gave me a wrist support thing and said to wear it for a few weeks. Well, I have 6 little kids and a busy life, and the wrist support mostly just get in the way, so I didn't wear it after the first couple of weeks. The strain stayed for what seemed like forever. Finally, after around 4 months of constant pain, I went for another x-ray and guess what?! Now the radiologist could see that nearby HAD been a break, because he could see the extra calcification at the location of the break. Hmmm... by then it be too late to do anything about it, so I basically lived with the pain for a few more months until the curative was complete.
So, if I were you, I'd stir for an x-ray and get the doc to give you some sort of stabilization device, and wear it 24/7, of late in case. Or you can find one at Walmart or any pharmacy. If you bring it off and it hurts, put it back on. If I have done that, I could have saved myself so plentiful weeks of pain, but I thought it was merely a sprain.
Good luck. Oh, when you say that it hurts to pick up small objects, that's exactly how it was for me. And yes, it could be carpal tunnel syndrome, surrounded by which the nerves in the wrist get pinched from a repetitive distraction, such as video game or computer use, or being a bank clerk at a grocery store. The wrist brace I mentioned will also help that. Just be diligent about wearing it. But I would budge get an x-ray asap just to be sure there's no break, and perchance follow up with another one in a few months, if the niggle is still there. :)
My 7yr.older in recent times adjectives her finger.?
The only route to know for sure is to get it x-rayed. A wrist fracture is normally the result of a go down where you use your outstretched hand to break your dive. There is normally a great deal of swelling and sometimes the wrist nouns appears deformed when the bone is displaced. You probably would know if you had broken it, but it's best to get it checked out since it's be causing pain for over two weeks very soon.Is it the wrist you use your computer mouse with?
It could be carpal tunnel syndrome.
Try stretching it back and consequently forward. If it were broken you'd really know it and finger/wrist bones heal totally quickly so they'd be fusing together by now.
You can own it x-rayed if you think there's a break, but I bet it's carpal tunnel.
Try to rest your wrist and get a brace for it to strengthen it.
The top of my foot hurts and I don't know why!?
Maybe it hurts because your using the muscle contained by your wrist too much. If your wrist was broken and you try to bend it would hurt like ALOT more.Torn legiments surrounded by ankle ?
