its easy to overcome claustrophobia.Lock yourself contained by a small space where you know no harm will be an outcome. Do this for an amount of time where on earth air supply is not in risk. do it every day for about a week and after that you should be okay...its a psychology technique. Over time this phobia should disappear after recognize that no harm will come with this situation.DOCTORS AND NURSES! ANYONE? MAjOR PAIN AND STIFFNESS FROM OSGOOD-SCHLATTER DISEASE! VERY DESPERATE!!
exposure. the more you expose yourself to the situations, the more you will eventually swot to deal with the anxiety and it won't be as intense. you will revise to conquer it.Seek professional help. A therapist can serve you overcome your fear slowly.
