How do I stop adjectives ?
I have been adjectives for 2 years, I'm 15 and no matter what I try I always turn back to cutting...
I stop for resembling 3 or 4 months then go right final to it... any suggestions ?

The adjectives is a symptom of a deeper issue. I suspect that you have a need to really connect near yourself, with who you really are. And to feel that that personality that you are is real and worthwhile and that you are loveable.
I think you entail to find a way to feel more centered in yourself. Real satisfaction comes from truly being yourself, but you hold to have the courage to stay with your inner intense pain, holding on to yourself through all the self doubts, adjectives the pain, all the plainness, the fear, and the rage.
Eventually you will come out the other side.
Talking is really far-reaching. Psychotherapy may help you, so long as you can find a therapist who can fiddle with that level of anguish and stay supportively with you as you turn through it without trying to 'make it all better', or escaping into intellectualism.
Working beside your emotions and body would be very honest. Perhaps some yoga or Tai Chi.
Painting, drawing or dance could really help you too. Really i.e. all about communication. Finding a channel to communicate the difficult experience you have, bringing yourself back into relationship next to yourself and others.
Try not to focus too much on the cutting. If you can resist it and stay conscious of your emotions.. specifically helpful.
But don't be hard on yourself if you can't. It is deeply to do with learning compassion for yourself and erudition to be accepting.
Fundamentaly, you ARE ok.

Cutting yourself is an addiction. It gives you an adrenaline rush, and that's why you keep going stern to it. Try to find something that gives you the same rush, and put it contained by its place.An activity of some sort. Running, or something.. anytime you feel the urge coming on, travel and do that activity.
Or if you have a friend, it doesn't even enjoy to be a friend.. just someone that wants to facilitate you.. talk to them about it and whenever you grain the urge.. call them. And they could help you and have a chat you through it.
