How do I carry rid of a bloated tummy?
I look about 6 months pregnant and would like a flat tummy. I be up all day yesterday and go to work last night and be literally on my feet and didn't sit down until about 5am when my wager on went but that was just for 5 mins. I'm a nurse and the ward was really busy and I wasn't offered a break. I am entitled to an hour and usually sleep which is what I need but didn't acquire it.
This morning I had been awake 24 hours and on my foot solid for about 12 of those hours. I have very soon been awake since yesterday morning (about 36 hours) with a couple of hours snatched sleep when my 2 yr antiquated slept.
I know I have sleep deprivation & bloatedness is a reaction to this. How to I bring rid of the bloating?

Drink lots of water.A grown grown should drink up to 2L. a day of water.
minimum of 1L.
Also you should chomp through more vegetable and fruit. They remove that bloated feeling.
Also bloated tummies are caused because of doomed to failure digestion sometimes. I advise on activia yogurt.
Also prunes help digestion, by getting rid of constipation.
Try and not munch through any wheat, for wheat bloats tummies.

Well you already know sleeping will help, but thats not an option.
Increase your dampen intake, sometimes not getting enough water will raison d`ĂȘtre bloating.
