I try reading. A lot of times that makes me merely fall right to sleep. Also my room has to be pitch black; not a single ounce of pallid in sight. Try taking a thaw bath, tylenol (could be uncomfortable and you're basically so use to it that you really don't notice til you take a aching reliever.) I take benadryl at night due to the reality that I have really bad allergies and that knock me out in about 15 min..
