How do you go and get rid of something which keep disturbing you again and again?
i have been trying to seize rid of feelings which unknowingly come to my mind and try to disturb me by constantly repeating itself that something bad will surface to my dear one.I have tried rebuking it beside many things,thinking its evil but it happening every moment of my energy.

Hi Dear!This is the state of mind that every normal human being faces every now and later in her / his life. So, within is nothing wrong / unusual / abnormal / evil within it.
When we are possessive towards any person or a thing, even a small thought of losing it hurts profoundly. This indeed is a good thing to maintain us bound with something else...it may be one's parents, siblings, spouse, children, friends, pets, or a favorite pen or a special doll or even a towel / toothbrush.
The best way to receive out of the feeling is to overrule it. And nobody else will be there to spawn you overrule it..because in this situation you are the teaser as well as the tease. You are the casue of the ill-feeling and you yourself are the sufferer as well. Think yourself...what the worst can happen to him or her? Has the worst happen? Not yet...absolutely right. You stipulation to believe that nothing of that sort will happen. Believe within the principle of casue and effect. If you think bad, it will surface. Do you want something wrong to happen...NO? Still if the mood don't let you out, the best option will be to consult a psycho-therepist. You are not batty...but the psychologist also don't always treat insanes. The best way is to skirmish with yourself and come out victorious, but if it seems not to be possible, consequently, better take external help...contained by your case, a psychotherapist is the best call.

Relax, be level-headed. if you can not, try relaxation exercises, deep breathing technique or yoga. Once you attain that , in that state, obverse it! That is, bring to your full awareness the person/s, your apprehensions, time and circumstances of its occurrence in you, the things / situations that does not lead to that apprehensions and the ones that cause and so on. Eventually, you get the consequence of it, it whithers away! Do not try to escape from it or fear it, determine/resolve to tackle it, 'it' get frightened, and runs away. Bestowing attention, focusing a relaxed awareness into it, is bringing light into it, light at once dispels the gloom, your disturbance.

hi there. u must b very humanitarian towards ur dear ones thats why u get such thoughts. for getting rid from such thoughts is to keep ur mind cool n devise of positive thoughts...whenever u hv negative thoughts for ur dear ones try to make it combat with the positive ones ..
or just find some +veness within the -ve thoughts this will sure help as i also do same
Back problems getting unpromising?
i think this is an inborn spirit some people are more anxious and some are not.only point which help in this state is keeping busy yourself surrounded by some works which you enjoy...dont yourself idle for single second...which is impracticable...so try to be busy as much as you can.Can anyone out near lick their elbow?
