Try this; it has worked for me back: Take 1 or 2 fingers, place them between your eyes. From there, move them upwards about 1 inch. Now press inward moderately and get going to rub in a circular motion for about 5-8 minutes. Stay inwardly an inch of that spot. I think it's a Chinese remedy.
