How do you preserve your fingers from getting jammed (please read below)?
i play a lot of sports and have jammed my fingers really badly resembling 4 times in the last 6 months(all different fingers on different hands) is there a road to strengthen your fingers or something so they don't jam as often?
Answers: you can squeeze tennis balls and doing pushups on your fingertips help also.
Something is abnormal almost me...?
I'm having trouble trying to imagine what kind of sport would engineer you prone to getting your fingers jammed.Door slamming ... is that a sport ?
