How do you know if you hyperextended your ankle?
I was running today and I felt the muscle contained by my ankle pull and then a few hours following it hurt.
Answer: haha...well here is how you know: it is impossible to hyperextend your ankle since there is no extension surrounded by the ankle joint. You only own plantar flexion, dorsiflexion, inversion, eversion, pronation, and supination.
