How do you know if your pelvis is slightly misaligned?
I got onto a rowing machine at the gym almost three weeks ago, when I get on the person using it before me have left the handlebar up, and when I was trying to accomplish it, the person rowing to my left give me a sudden hard push forward without aphorism anything on the middle of the left side of my back and I feel about two crackles to the left of my lower vertebrae, but no pain at the time. Yesterday I noticed my vanished knee feeling grotesque at the bottom while walking and today is also feels weird even while sitting. How do I know if something have been misaligned with those crackles? Does it craft sense that it would? I've included a picture here just basically pointing out where on earth I felt the crackles (kind of felt approaching joints crackling). I've ask my teachers at college and they said they expect it was either a ligament endorsement over a ligament or muscle tearing. I would think if it be muscle tearing or ligament actually snapping I would of have pain. http://img87.imageshack.us/img87/6327/75...
