I don't have a regular doctor. Do I just look up my nearest doc surrounded by my PPO and go to them and say hey I grain depressed and they will prescribe them? What do I do?

Find a doctor that you is close to you and that you can establish a relationship with and who can become your regular doctor. Describe your symptoms and feelings and if he think you are clinically depressed he most likely will prescribe medication.
