How do you achieve rid of sore legs?

Answer:    You can soak them in some water.it works for me... :-).
First of adjectives, knowing why your legs are sore will help. I assume that your muscles are sore.

Your muscles get tiny tears within them when you push them. The tiny tears fill in, and you become stronger. Also, you may own lactic acid built up from exerting your muscles.

Time will get rid of the sore muscles. Until after, stretch and stretch some more..
My p.e teacher told me that when you take a shower you hold to turn the water cold and then hot.

- This will push the lactic sharp out of your muscles. when there is lactic acin in your muscles specifically what causes the soreness.

*when you do this make sure that previously you turn the water to hot or cold that your body got use to the tempreture next turn it to the other temp.

i know this sounds unusual but take a bath and put in baking soda to it and soak in the bath for a short time bit also massage them and kind of rub the sore spots you can use lotion too right luck. NO HEATING PAD!
It will feel good at first but bring in it worse in the long run.

I: Ibuprofen (or advil, tylenol, etc..)
C: Cold (ice it!)
E: Elevation

Exercise first to stretch out your muscles so you don't get cramps.
I use "pain-a-trait." Which is only a muscle relaxer which i massage onto my legs.
Apply a lot of pressure.

drink lots of water and get moving. Sitting still will solely make it worse. The water flushes out the lactic acerbic that has built up in your muscles. Heat & Massage. The throbbing will not completely go away but I find this helps me alot when I've pulled muscles. .
Take some twinge reliever with antinflammatory. freak. let it budge.they go away in close to a day or two ok? gosh who asks a question close to that?.
Try taking a soak in a warm tub later afterwards get someone to give you a press. Just don't do too much walking. That would probably help. Alright? .
this always works for me lug advil and put pressure on them

Walk on your hand!.
Soak them in warm hose to get them loosened up...This works for any kind of soreness. stretching.
Take a hot shower and stretch big time! its gonna hurt, but its worth it! Take a hot tub, it will relax the muscles..
drink JAGER! TRY SUPPORT HOSE...

give somebody a lift an icebath even.
Rub A535.. that stuff is a GODSEND :D hot bath for the feet next to baking soda would help.
try putting a heating wad on them
