It could be benign fasciculation syndrome. It comes and goes as you influence, but eventually clears up. May be worth getting it checked with your GP.
you may have negative amount in potassium (eat a banana), or an accumulation of lactic sharp in your legs (massage area to release the lactic tart that is produced while using your muscles), try adding L-glutamine to your diet ( it aids within muscle retention & increasing muscle size while helping your immune system), you may also need to increase your water intake (you may be dehydrated). if these tips do not serve then it is time to see an m.d. they may prescribe a drug for "restless leg syndrome", beware side effects are strong sexual feelings.(serious).-blurey
How do you strengthen your immune system?
Simplest justification for a muscle twitch can be stress! The inability to relax amongst other people or at moments of pressure/stress! Even if you are convinced your chilled out, it is very plausible your the only one that believes that! Go to a gym, work out. That's a great way to de stress your body and mind! Also embezzle a little extra salt contained by your diet for a few days and see if that helps! If none of this works see your doctor! Good Luck!Could be due to a magnesium deficiency.
Could be stress or a shortage of potassium/magnesium in your diet. Try banana smoothies (one a day) and increase water intake.
