How do you strengthen your immune system?
it seems to me that i have a half-hearted immune system because i get colds every few months or even sooner.. so how can i strengthen it besides taking vitamins [i already am]?

These are the 7 BEST ways I know of to build your body's own natural defense system:1) proper Exercise (that scheme being regular, but don't over-do it which can wear you out & get you down sick)
2) Sleep (usually 8 hours, but some ppl don't requirement that much & teens sometimes need a little more)
3) a LITTLE Sunshine respectively day (even thru the clouds) - also make sure that at lowest some rooms in your house are light & airy.
4) maintain a Positive Attitude (stress can & will knock your immunity down probably quicker than anything)
5) 8-10 glasses of Water or other hydrating liquid (this helps flush toxins from the body)
6) at least 5 or more fruits & veggies (there's closely to be said for that "apple a day") + fiber to keep you regular.
7). Avoid harmful substances such as smoke, excessive sugar & alcohol, etc.
Problem beside my hunger during the hours of darkness?
Eat lots of green vegetables, fruits that logically have vitamins especially vitamin B12. Also exercise a lot, and avoid drinking distilled wet because it is de-mineralized and lacks minerals. Also do not get me wrong for this but, do not try to be a germ-phobic, if you get sick couple of times, its righteous for your immune system as it will adapt and evolve into better defender against germs.Is it singular guys that enjoy Adams apples?

The other point I would say is to check the vitamins your taking (with your doctor) because most of the vitamin supplements that are over the counter in drug stores & grocery stores are unwanted items. Try to get the bulk of your vitamins from the foods you eat, but since foods don't hold as many nutrients as they used to years and years ago, be sure to take the right supplements that are in reality doing you some good. (some must be taken properly too)
