How long near it bring for my hamstring verbs to alleviate?
i pulled my hamstring a month ago but luckly it was only a slight pull. i did it within cherleading i jumped in to split to quickly. ive put some rime on it and some heat over the month but if i strech it startes hurting agian will it ever heal? will i ever be able to do a split ever agian?
Answers: I don't know your age, if you are underneath 20 you may heal quickly. Get to a good sports physical psychiatric therapist or sports massage therapist and get it treated. You are tear the forming scar by stretching it too hard. It should heal surrounded by 2-6 months.
