I'm working as a Nurse.I need an idea that i can contribute, for example change for succeeding of paying class ward in hospital. Any idea similar to settings in the ward, workflow of the staff, etc.

It can be answered only if we know what facilities exist at present.
High density for a prompt attention to patients' problems, cleanliness, some kind of entertainment similar to satellite tv, music etc are a few things that , if already not available, may be provided.

I'm assuming you are volunteering as a nursing assistant? Are you having a CLASS problem? Your responsibilities would include the Non-paying class too. I don't think you intended that derogatory toward people who can't pay?

So I expect your question is what changes you can upgrade patient care?
While working for a hospital your hand are tied as to repainting or changing the rooms around, or hanging pictures.

but you can:

Improvement: (when appropriate) stir into rooms and clean floors (include bathroom) bring in books, be available to minister to the patient and their care-giver.
