My mother is diabetic and she smashed her finger over the weekend. It doesn't look good at all. It is awfully swollen and there is white pus coming out of the finger nail. She doesn't own medical insurance so it would be pretty expensive to see a doctor. I'm worried that it isn't good because of her diabeties. What can she do/take to heal the finger?
