if you're a first timer, it take about a week to get used to. i've have mine for 3 years now and i've become a pro at it. it just take some time. if you can't get them out after about 10 minutes, confer your eyes a break for a while and try again. i know its aggravating, but soon you'll get the hang of it and procure them in and out fast.
