How to concur worrying?

I have a problem were I verbs all the time. I've been surrounded by school so long that I've learned to verbs about everything ( like grades). But in a minute its like if I don't have something to verbs about I make something that doesn't event and worry about it. Does anyone enjoy this problem or suggestions to help me drop this bad way?

I have this same problem. I worry adjectives the time...about anything and everything. If it;s not my grades, it's something else. What I try to do is take my mind bad those things by doing something that I love (for me that could be watching my favorite TV show or playing softball). It's a good mental release and sometimes can make your worry's smaller quantity stressful. If it is really interfering with your daily routine and you cant find a solution to relief you deal with your worries, i'd recommend seeing a consultant. Best wishes!

Worrying or feeling anxious adjectives the time is definitely hard to treaty with. If it is really interfering with your sunshine to day life afterwards I suggest seeing a therapist or a doctor to help you beside it. There are also medications that might help, but I would notably recommend trying to relieve it cognitively first. I have a few suggestions.

When you are worried, figure out exactly why it is you are worrying almost that particular thing. Ask yourself, what is the worst possible article that could happen? Then: Is that really so bad? You enjoy to get to the bottom of why you are so worried/anxious. From there you can rationalize.

Also, when you have a feeling worried tell yourself "nice" things to make yourself surface better. I know it sounds silly, but it works. Just say something like "hey, it's O.K. if I be aware of worried, I'm still a good person and I am going to be fine."

And do nice things for yourself, similar to get your favorite candy bar from a vending domestic device, take a hot bath, budge for a walk, anything you really like that will generate you feel better and more relaxed.

Plus, sometimes you just hold to accept your emotions and verbs from there. Say to yourself "I accept that I am worried." Feel the mood then let it go past, so you can finish what you are doing without it bothering you anymore.

Here is some direction. Don't sweat the small stuff. It is only a problem if you make it one. This is Sollie up to you to fix. Maybe working out will backing you relieve some of the pressures happening in your existence.

Sometimes I surface my chest hurt and every time I go and get stressed out my disappeared hand's fingers start to hurt...?



I own have my ankle fused going on for a year ago but still experience dull pain and dicomfort, other option? repeat?
