I am wanting to go to another doctor and not let my current primary contemplation physician know i am seeing another doctor. My current doctor referred me to have an MRI and I have a herniated disc surrounded by my back. My current doctor will not give me satisfactory pain medication to last me a month and I stay contained by severe pain all the time. So I am wanting to see another doctor in need letting my current doctor know I am seeing another physician. What should I tell the new doctor the explanation I am coming to see him/her since I already have one primary care physician?

You should tell the current doctor the truth, be up front about your primary doctor's lack of empathy. The latest doctor will have to decide if you are sincere or someone who may be an user to pain meds.

You need another doctor but not contained by a clandestine way. You should be going to see a pain specialist contained by a pain management clinic, they enjoy a better understanding of pain and you'll attain the meds you need. Ask your primary care doc for a referral. Getting distress meds from two doctors is asking for trouble. Two reasons right off the top of my come first:
If you get caught you'll never get another narcotic characters again.

You can't control which pain med a different doctor would prescribe and it might interact in a refusal way
